Program content
- An academic session/safety briefing. Before we dive in, we'll provide you with a brief session on the basic principles of diving safety. We want to make sure that you feel comfortable and safe at all times.
- A session in confined waters. Then, you'll have the opportunity to practice in a controlled confined water environment. Here, you'll learn how to use diving equipment and gain confidence with our instructors.
