Explanation of the course
The SSI “Diver Stress & Rescue” course provides participants with the fundamental knowledge and skills to recognize and mitigate stress, as well as to effectively address emergency situations that may arise during recreational diving. You will learn to prevent accidents and to confidently handle various scenarios, promoting a safer and more rewarding diving experience. Learn to manage stress and become a true leader!
Program content
- Five modules of knowledge development with their corresponding evaluations.
- 3 dives in confined waters.
- 3 open water dives.
- 20 rescue exercises.
- 2 rescue drills in the ocean.

Requirements:
Open Water Diver qualification or equivalent, minimum age 12 years, being physically able to complete mandatory skills and React Right qualification or equivalent, demonstrating that you have completed First Aid and CPR training with less than two years of validity.
